Walk and talk wellness is a fantastic way to connect, feel seen, heard and loved.  Join me on a beautiful nature walk as we explore Vereen Gardens or we can meet at a beach.  We can hold hands if you like or we can walk side by side.  Bring your friendly companion if you feel this will help you relax more with me.  I will pack some refreshments for us to enjoy.  Being outside is sure to boost your overall mood and well being.

Food is a universal love language bringing us together. Cooking is an act of love. Memories are created around food. Cooking together creates collaboration, shared creativity, and a flow of conversation. During these small moments when you’re chopping vegetables, stirring the food, sneaking a taste of the food while it’s simmering - that we let our guards down and create space for vulnerability. During these times deeper conversations develop allowing us to really let down our guard and feel closeness. Together we are brought closer by the shared experience, the aromas of the foods we are preparing. 

I will have all the ingredients here for us to work together in the kitchen so once we have finished cooking we can sit down and enjoy!  I look forward to creating some memories with you and sharing a meal together.

Let’s enjoy one another’s company.  Platonic cuddling will be enjoyed in my relaxing sanctuary on a queen size, comfort plush-high rise inflatable mattress with fresh linens, blankets and pillows.  Come receive the nurturing that is missing in your life.  Please wear comfortable clothing for our time together such as gym shorts or sweat pants and a t-shirt.
