Hello, my name is Deb.
My life and work are rooted in presence, consent, and authentic human connection. For over two decades, I have offered trauma-informed, consent-based touch experiences centered on comfort, respect, and personal choice.
I believe safe human connection has the power to steady us during seasons of loneliness, transition, and change. In a world that often moves quickly, I create intentional space where people can slow down, feel heard, and experience connection without pressure or expectation.
In 2016, I expanded my work to include platonic cuddle therapy — an offering that honors our natural human need for safe, consensual connection without romance or agenda. All sessions are fully clothed, grounded in clear boundaries, and guided by ongoing communication and mutual respect.
I value both giving and receiving affirming touch, and I’m deeply curious about people and their stories. My approach emphasizes attentive listening and creating space where guests can simply be themselves — without performance, judgment, or pressure. Each session unfolds at a pace that feels comfortable and aligned.
Today, I offer my work in Brunswick County, North Carolina, supporting adults who are navigating relocation, divorce, grief, life transitions, or the quiet ache of isolation. Whether through platonic touch, Walk & Talk wellness sessions, or shared activity experiences, the intention remains the same: presence, dignity, and respectful human connection.
My professional background includes training in somatic awareness and trauma-informed touch practices. I continue to prioritize ethical standards, consent education, and personal responsibility in all that I offer.
Outside of my work, I’m a devoted dog lover and share my life with two cherished fur babies. I enjoy coastal walks, exploring charming small towns, collecting art, and immersing myself in a wide range of music. Singing, dancing, scenic drives, and appreciating beautiful landscapes and architecture all bring me joy and inspiration.
Touch is a meaningful part of how I relate to the world. I’m grateful to offer work that centers on presence, clear boundaries, and the simple, powerful experience of human connection.
More than anything, I hope each guest who steps into my space feels safe — able to exhale, to be seen, and to simply be themselves. This work is about creating a steady, welcoming environment where you are met with care, dignity, and genuine attention. A place where you can feel, even for a little while, like you are not alone.
