Walk and talk wellness sessions, which foster human connection and embrace therapy, are available in various locations. These sessions can be conducted indoors or outdoors, based on our mutual decision.
We could go for a walk, hike, visit a botanical garden, explore a museum, or spend an afternoon at the beach. With the changing seasons, it's the perfect time to be outdoors, breathe in the fresh air, stay active, exercise, and have open conversations.
I will bring a blanket, snacks and cold drinks to share with you. This is also a great way to receive some nurturing, platonic touch that perhaps you have been missing in your life. I am happy to scratch your back, play with your hair, rub your back, etc. This is a perfect opportunity to be heard and receive some non-judgmental, open-heart guidance or closeness you have been missing in your life.
